    7. Unless otherwise noted or agreed upon, all solicitation clauses and awarded terms and conditions apply to any resultant contract modification. All contract modifications must be emailed to helpdesk.ammhinfss@va.gov with the subject line RFM Contract Number FSS Schedule (e.g. RFM-V797P-5555x-65IB). Modification forms can be found at http://www1.va.gov/oamm/oa/nac/fsss/modforms.cfm The effective date of all awarded modifications will occur on either the 1st or 15th of the month. The effective date of the modification will be assigned by the approving Contract Officer. Approval of the RFM is evidenced by vendor receipt of a signed SF-30 document and the contractors publication of a supplement to its FSS paper price list. Unless otherwise directed, we do NOT accept hard copies of RFMs. If the electronic file is 5mb or larger, please submit the RFM package on CD to our mailing address: Submit all required information pertaining to that specific change in your package. If all required material is not received, the assigned Contract Specialist may return your package with no additional action.     17. FSS contractors with high volume of contract modifications: Individual contract specialists will be specifically assigned to FSS contracts with a high volume of modifications. Assigned CS will work up all modifications for their high volume contracts. Cradle-to-Closeout assignments: Newly awarded FSS contracts will also be administered on a post-award basis by the contract specialist who was responsible for awarding the contract. Post-award administration by the awarding CS will include working up any and all modifications under the new FSS contract.
