Innovative Techniques for Delivering/Evaluating Programmes

DESCRIPTION

At the IFIE/IOSCO Global Investor Education Conference, we explored innovative techniques for delivering and evaluating investor protection campaigns. Key findings highlighted the profile of victims, demographic trends, risk factors associated with high-risk investments, and the common persuasion tactics used in investment fraud. Our three-part curriculum, “Outsmarting Investment Fraud,” focuses on understanding risks, recognizing persuasion tactics, and implementing prevention strategies. Evaluation results showed that participants in our seminar were 50% less likely to respond positively to fraud appeals, demonstrating the effectiveness of our educational resources.
