  1. Getting Started with your iPod First download the newest version of iTunes from the website www.itunes.com Go here select Picking up the PACE!

  4. Setting up your iPod • The iPod Video Options screen selects how your iPod handles video file playback. • To open these settings, choose • Videos Video settings TV Out Set to Ask Be sure the TV Signal is set to NTSC Picking up the PACE!

  5. Connecting iPod to a projector or TV • Insert the A/V cord’s eighth-inch plug into the iPod earphone jack • If you’re using the Apple A/V cable just match the RCA colors to the jacks • If you’re using any other A/V cable here’s the trick: • Plug the red RCA plug into the yellowRCA jack • Plug theyellow RCA plug into thewhite RCA jack • Plug the white RCA plug into the red RCA jack unplugged jacks plugged in Picking up the PACE!

  6. Playing your video • On your iPod, navigate to the video you want to play and select it • You will be prompted to choose whether to play the video with TV On or TV Off • Choose TV On Use the iPod volume control to adjust the audio Picking up the PACE!

Operating the PA-6000 • Be sure the line indicator on the TONE knob aligns with 12:00 • Confirm the voltage is set to 120V by looking on the base of the system • Plug in the AC power cord • Press the power switch to ON • Both the AC Power Supply light and the Power light should be illuminated Picking up the PACE!

  9. Using the Wireless Mic • Pull up the antenna and turn on the PA system • Turn on the power to the wireless mic transmitter • Adjust the volume by using the MIC 1 knob Picking up the PACE!

Setting up • Insert the A/V cord’s eighth-inch plug into the iPod earphone jack • Connect the redRCA cable to the red connector cable • Connect the white RCA cable to the white connector cable • Insert the quarter-inch plug into the MIC 1 jack on the back of the PA system Picking up the PACE!

  12. Playing Music Through the PA System • Be sure the iPod volume is set to low • On your iPod, navigate to the song or playlist you want to play and select it • Use the MIC 1 volume knob to control the audio Picking up the PACE!
