  1. Buckhorn Creek Porphyry Cu (-Mo) project A large, porphyry center under post-mineral cover in a dismembered belt in the Buckhorn Creek area. • Hypogene Cu mineralization in the proximal porphyry environment • Supergene enriched acid alteration (analogous to Sheep Mountain East) TARGETS:Targeting porphyry Cu system under post-mineral cover: NE-SW directed extensional corridor from Vulture to Bradshaw Mtns exposes various structural levels of porphyry systems. Intense stockwork Quartz-K-feldspar (±Chalcopyrite) veins with K-feldspar envelopes in adjacent structural blocks to the Buckhorn Creek project. Multiple generations of chalcopyrite-bearing Qtz-dominated veins. Veins commonly have K-feldspar and coarse muscovite in the vein fill and envelopes with high chalcopyrite:pyrite.

  2. Buckhorn CreekPorphyry Cu (-Mo) project OPPORTUNITIES: Buckhorn Creek consists of ~1,637 hectares comprised of 155 unpatented federal lode claims and 1 Arizona state exploration leases with excellent access. Innovative district-scale reconstruction explains extension, faulting, rotation and dismemberment of supracrustal rocks. Systematic deep to shallower exposures are preserved from SW to NE with multiple structural levels preserved. Structural reconstruction suggests the mineralized levels of the porphyry system are preserved on the property. Vein intensity, abundance of copper (-molybdenum) mineralization and alteration vector NE and SW toward target. Sheep Mountain East porphyry system is located ~2km east. Buckhorn Creek presents an opportunity to target an intact block of a productive Laramide porphyry Cu system. PARTICIPATE:Eurasian Minerals and Bronco Creek are seeking Joint Venture partners. Prospect Generation Business Model: EMX acquires early stage exploration properties, and seeks partnerships or joint ventures to advance these projects through the discovery stage. This strategy provides business partners with high-quality opportunities, and allows EMX to diversify its interests and participate in many exploration programs around the world. Dean Turner P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and consultant to Eurasian Minerals, has reviewed and verified the technical information contained in this presentation.
