  2. Today’s Meeting • Dr. Gold • Outline of the election process • Elections • Meeting

Reminders! • Always log in and out of hospital computers when you are in the hospital! • 25 hours/semester • 3 requirements – 1 special project, 1 fundraising, 1 other (you can check your status after the meeting) • Do not email Jodie with outside hours! • Meetings are required! • FB group and cpals.web.unc.edu

  4. Staff Breakfasts • Thank you to everyone who brought items for the March breakfast! • Next staff breakfast is March 5th • Sign up if you haven’t already! • Emily will send a reminder email • Thank you thank you!

  5. Fundraising • T-shirts are in!! (And ADORABLE!!) Pick them up after the meeting • Very few extras if you would still like one • Qdoba benefit night Monday April 8th! Please advertise this to all of your friends!

  6. Special Projects • March clinic activity: March Madness March 25-27 • Sign ups online tonight • April activities: Earth Day in the clinic April 22-23, Family retreat April 20-21st

  7. Relay for Life • What is Relay? Why do we Relay? • How to sign up • How to invite your pal • Our theme for our fundraising table (and what is a fundraising table) • What to bring to the fundraising table/how to get credit • Be The Match drive • Spending the night/our campsite

Opportunities… Fundraising Special Projects March clinic event last week of March Relay for Life April 5-6th Family retreat April 20-21st Earth day clinic event April 22-23 • T-shirts ($15) • Benefit night April 8th PLEASE plan ahead! We do NOT want to lose anyone this semester. Reminder: 3 required events!!!

  9. 1:1s • Please apply for a pal! • Especially if you are a male… • New application is on the website • If you don’t get updates, please let me know so I can add you to the email group! • We now have 79 kids with pals! That is AWESOME!!!!!

  10. What’s next? • March clinic event, Relay for Life, Qdoba benefit night • Next meeting 4/15 – last meeting!! • After the meeting…distributing t-shirts, checking requirements • Congratulations to those of you who were elected and thank you to everyone who applied!
