TOP TWENTY (20) ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2010 - 2014 • Published a monthly SCA E-NEWS to keep the membership informed. • Established a SCA Liaison with the MSC Corps Chief's Office. • Enhanced recruitment and marketing efforts that has doubled our membership to 500+ Contacted over 600 active duty MSCs in 2014 encouraging them to join the SCA • Started an SCA LinkedIn Group that now has 125+ members. TOP TWENTY (20) ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2010 - 2014 • Provided information on deceased MSC Officers to the membership. • Commissioned and conducted an SCA Survey to gage the membership's satisfaction. • Established an automated Membership Roster; SCA Member List Online. • Established PayPal account so that members could pay their dues with a credit card. • Started an SCA Face Book account. TOP TWENTY (20) ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2010 - 2014 • Enhanced the quality, content, and professional appearance of the SCA Newsletter and WEB site. • Received $17,000 in donations: $5,000 in 2011, $6,000 in 2012, and $6,000 in 2014 to augment the budget & Reunions. • Recognized Active Duty MSC Officers with certificates and personal presentations: • SCA Excellence in Leadership Award to the AMEDD Career Course Graduate • MSC Junior Officers of the Year. TOP TWENTY (20) ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2010 - 2014 • Initiated and the prime mover in BG Doyle's establishment of an MSC Advisory Council (MAC) in which he appointed Jim Vinci as a full member (for legal compliance - Jim represents all retired MSCs) • Held a well attended 2012 Reunion in San Antonio as well as this 2014 Reunion in DC area. • Established an SCA Liaison Officer with the Silver Caduceus Society (currently vacant). TOP TWENTY (20) ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2010 - 2014 • Spearheaded and encouraged regional SCA socials and gatherings to include celebrating our MSC Birthdays. Have taken place in San Antonio, DC and the Carolinas thus far. • Established a Credit Card payment system for paying fees and other monies. • Initiated quarterly SCA Board meetings • Reinstated the issuance of Lifetime Memberships based on a percentage of total members, and recomputed the Lifetime Membership Dues Structure Courage – Competence – Compassion

WAY FORWARD Proposed Mentorship Program 1. Currently being developed by the MSC Advisory Council 2. Volunteers from MSCs – Active & Ret. 3. A “menu” roster of volunteering mentors with brief Bio 4.
