The upcoming SWG meeting will address key topics essential for our ongoing calibration efforts and understanding QE degradation across various sources such as E0102, RXJ1856, and Cyg loop. Key discussion points include Gain/CTI Correction updates, QE degradation modeling based on time and distance from FOV center, and the status of the Background StudyData-Base. Additional topics will cover operational updates, DE software enhancements, camera body temperature considerations, and the revision of Data-Selection Criteria. Feedback from participants will be crucial for our path forward.

Delta from October SWG & Things to be discussed. • Calibration • Gain/CTI Correction (rev0.3->0.6) • QE degradation (E0102,RXJ1856,Cyg loop, Earth) • Ex(PI)-PHA relation • Background StudyData-Base • Operation • DE software update • Camera Body Temp and TEC • Bakeout Plan
Calibration Status and Plan • QE degradation are going to be modeled as a function of time and distance from the FOV center.E0102, RXJ1856, DarkEarth. => arf-builder. • QE at C-K on the ground is ½ of the orbital QE? • CTI correction was introduced in rev0.6 processing. Need to be checked in various sources. (Energy, time, position dependence) Feedback from SWG is expected. • PHA->PI conversion (xispi) should be upgraded. • Charge Trail Correction parameters should be checked with 2006 data. • Resolution decrease should be included in the response. rmf-builder can do it. CI measurement and CTI correction by each column might be used to save the degradation • Background data base is under construction. BadColumns data base should be updated. • Data-Selection Criteria will be revised from (ELV>5 && DYE_ELV>20) to (ELV>5).
