Faculty Interactions Intro

In a Town Hall meeting led by Matthew Spencer on October 14, 2013, key points were discussed to improve interactions between faculty and students. Students expressed a desire for more opportunities to connect with faculty beyond traditional office hours. Proposed solutions included implementing dual advising and appointing area contacts to facilitate better communication. The feedback from a previous survey indicated that a significant percentage of students find the dual advising model beneficial. The aim is to create a more engaging academic environment where students feel supported in their career discussions.
