  2. Name of Inventor • The name of the inventor who created the snow cones was Ernest Hansen. And his wife Mary created the different flavors. Mary and Ernest Hansen at the Sno-Bliz Shop

  3. Date of Invention • The year that the snow cones was invented was 1934.

  4. Location of Invention • The location of where snow cones was invented were in New Orleans, Louisiana.

  5. Common need it met • The common need that the snow cones has met over time was for our desire, and to cool us off in the summer.

  6. Process to this invention • The process that led the snow cones creation was that Ernest Hansen wanted to improve Italian ice.

  7. Effects on environment • The only effect that the snow cones has on the environment is the paper that you hold at the bottom. Because paper comes from trees, and trees give us oxygen, so if there is no trees left then we wouldn’t be able to breathe.

  8. Effects on Society • The effects that the snow cones have on a society is that it cools you off in the summer, the ice is healthy, and it’s also just a fun little thing.

  9. "Good" invention • We think that the snow cones is a “good” invention because it cools people down in the summer, and it’s also healthy.

Fun Facts • The Snow Cones are also known as Snowballs, Shaved Ice, or Raspados, depending on the region. • The first Snow Cone-making machine was invented in 1920 in Texas . • Snow Cones are usually made of compacted shaved ice flavored with a lightly covered sugary syrup, usually fruit flavored.

  13. Name of Inventor • The name of the inventors who had created the soccer ball was Charles Goodyear and H.J. Lindon. Charles Good Year designed and built the first soccer balls. And H.J. Lindon created the first inflatable rubber “bladder” for the balls. It allowed for even more consistent shape among soccer balls. Charles Goodyear

  19. "Good" invention • We think that the soccer ball is a “good” invention because it meets the needs for people who like to play soccer.

Fun Facts • Soccer is called football in other countries besides America. • A pig's bladder is the most commonly used thing for the inside of a soccer ball, but horses testicals are more common nowadays, due to them being so big yet very light in weight. • It used to be made of vulcanized rubber panels glued at the seams.
