  1. Aqua Magazine Masters of the Sea Blue is the range of the Orca’s Swimming Path. Let’s meet the Killer Whale Killer whales are interesting animals. Killer whales are also called Orca Whales . They are the largest and most powerful dolphin. Killer whales have dorsal fins on their backs and rounded paddle shaped flippers. Like other dolphins, they have torpedo shaped bodies , with fleshy blubber underneath their skin. These mammals breathe through their blow holes. In order to breathe, these mammals must got to the surface of the ocean. Bulls, or males can grow up to 30 feet in length. They can weigh up to 11,000 pounds. Where are they? Killer whales can be found in all oceans. Killer whales live in all oceans. They are most likely found in polar seas. They live and travel in groups. These groups are called PODS. When traveling, the females and young swim in the middle of the group. The groups or pods can be as large as 40 whales. For the most part, Killer whales live in all However, they can also be found at Sea World, a popular theme park. Let’s Eat! They are the Top Dog Killer whales are voracious hunters. They are at the top of the animal food chain. A killer whale has no natural enemies . They get their name from the fact that they are able to eat other whales. They also eat seals, sea lions, dolphins, and other fish. They are fierce predatory hunters, killer whales hunt together groups or pods. Killer Whales are unrivaled , amazing animals. Killer whales are fierce marine mammals. They are the top predators in every ocean. They line in all oceans. Killer whales especially live in polar regions. Fish and other marine mammals are staples in their diet They are fierce hunters. Killer whales have torpedo shaped bodies. They are black and white dolphins. Closing In conclusion , killer whales are remarkable creatures. Killer whales are an important part of the oceans ecosystem. They are unique marine mammals. They prefer to live in the cold, polar oceans . This is where they find their prey. They eat almost every marine mammal in the ocean.
