TVDP stands for TOTAL VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, to remove poverty MISSION of TVDP is mitigation of Global Warming and Poverty (GWP) Primary OBJECTIVE of TVDP is to create conditions for minimum Decent living in villages JOB CREATION would be the STRATEGY to achieve decent living conditions MISSION TVDP

Development of any community is possible only through high quality Self-Help Donations/ Gifts/ Subsidies etc cannot help sustainability, and poverty can only be removed through JOB creation Sustainable Village development would need Entrepreneurial Skills of Local people in every Village to be brought out The Philosophy of TVDP

India has 635,000 villages; 6,000 urban slums; and 15,000 tribal settlements/fishing folks settlements/shifting population groups Over 950 million people live in all these, combined About 165 million families make up this population TOTAL VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (TVDP) is a Value-Addition Project in each village Aim is to create value addition to an extent of Rs.50 Cr in each village (at optimum level), through SELF HELP program/ arrangement Some Fundamentals

The Basics TVDP begins by converting Agrowastes/ animal wastes into value added products; Each Village would form a Ltd Company, with all residents as Shareholders (The “Kartha” of each family being the main shareholder); Each Company would have 200 Kartha-shareholders; @ min Rs.100,000 sshare value Primary idea is that every Village Family has shareholding, becoming co-owner For each Rs.10 Cr turnover, returns could be Rs.50,000 per each shareholder (minimum level) Additionally, Jobs create Work & wages

Start-up TVDP Module The TVDP Module converts Agrowastes & Animal wastes into Biogas + Energy and Engineered products Basic Module would convert 12,500 T Biomass into Energy + Products worth over Rs.50 Cr At least 250 Local people would have direct Jobs and additional 100/150 indirect jobs Agro-prodcue to be converted into Processed foods, as project progresses

Few Engineered Products Engineered Products are Agrowastes Converted High value products Clockwise from left, bottom: Molded Crockery; Molded Chair; Furniture; Crockery; Wood Substitutes; 25’ Molded Dinghy/ Boat; Molded Doors; Specialty Antique quality Door Products ranging from Garment Buttons to Auto Bodies, Building Systems and many more are ready for Commercialization More are under development

TVDP Implementation Each State to be divided into Five Sectors: North/ South/East/West/Central; smaller states differently One NGO/Group/Company would be selected and entrusted with task of implementation at field levels in each Sector/region of the state in question Individuals with experience in Social entrepreneurship would also be considered Selection process would depend on various factors of experiences and capabilities Sector Company would handle/ manage entire Villages in the Sector under purview, through support from the APEX Corporation

  9. Implementation Group Hierarchy

Discussions AGRO-BIOGENICS, the APEX Corporation, would support Total Implementation in every State, without Fees/ Charges (terms shall be presented later) Capital to be raised from Local Village itself, and additional Venture Capital sourced No Govt Schemes/ Bank funding/ NABARD schemes etc and no Donations Innate Entrepreneurial Skills of Each Village would be tapped, through training/ encouragement Every Village would work as a Corporate entity, and Local people would work and be Owners too
