The Ministry Decision Support Initiative (GMI) aims to guide the design and development of next-generation GMI resources. Sponsored by The Crowell Trust, this project includes in-depth phone interviews with 25 mission leaders, exploring various decision-making processes and learning styles. The research consists of two phases: initial interviews and concept evaluations through web surveys and discussion sessions. Key takeaways focus on effective resource stewardship, communication strategies, and innovative training methodologies to enhance mission effectiveness.
