We all abhorred green vegetables as kids. But we don’t truly understand the good benefits of consuming green vegetables.

  3. Spinach in green vegetables, we all ignore and is the most tasteless food we thought. But Green leafy vegetables like spinach are the best and contain a high source of beneficial nutrients in them. Spinach is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamins A, vitamin C and folate, and is rich in manganese, magnesium, iron and Vitamin B2. Spinach is beneficial for many numerous health benefits.
