Courageous Conversations • Raise your hand if you’ve had a courageous conversation with a colleague or group of colleagues since the start of the school year. • Raise your hand if you have one planned. • Raise your hand if your gut is telling you there is a conversation you need to have but you are not sure how to have it.

  3. Building community amongst various constituents, colleagues, stakeholders, collaborators, and even competitors, to create a strategy to solve an issue. • The Mulvaney Group

  4. This attitude of seeking to understand each other and to work together to bring a solution is the key to the success of courageous conversations. • David Wood
