CO Hold Recall Incoming CO Call Station 1000 Calling Party • External party calls station 1000 and talks. • Station 1000 holds the CO call by pressing [HOLD] button and goes on hook. • External party hears ‘Normal Hold Tone (CO)’ (PGM 290 – 55) for the tone timer. • If the tone timer expires, station 1000 receives a hold recall ring. • If station is under No Answer Forward (Normal, Pilot Hunt, or Preset Forward),call forward no answer timer (PGM 143 - 4) is assigned.
