Brief History • Evolved from the former “Outstate GIS User Group” • Meetings were coordinated by the Otter Tail County (MN) GIS Department • Reorganization meeting held July, 2003 • West Central Initiative took over meeting coordination and hosting • First meeting held in September, 2003 Pine to Prairie GIS User Group: An Overview North Dakota GIS Users Conference - October 24, 2006
