  2. 2014-2015 Review your Graduation Requirements before starting the two part registration process. Part one: Complete, print, sign, and return to Guidance the appropriate 2 forms that are found on the Padua webpage. Part Two: Select your courses in NetClassroom.

  3. 2014-2015 Requirements (found in NetClassroom in Student’s grades) will list the courses you have completed and what you still need to graduate.

  4. 2014-2015 Select Details of Requirements to get a list view like picture below.

  5. 2014-2015 Here is your credit tally Blue circular arrow indicates requirements are in progress Red flag indicates student still needs courses You should review Graduation Requirements every year before you register for your courses.

  8. 2014-2015 Note the date for your online course registration • Two Forms • due to Guidance: • Elective Course preference sheet • Course Registration Form Date forms are due to Guidance

  9. 2014-2015 2014-2015 2015 January 27 through January 30, 2014 February 3 through February 6, 2014 February 10 through February 13, 2014 2016 2017 Open “All Grades Elective Course Preference Sheet” All students must complete the Electives Preference Sheet and return to Mrs. Holzheimer in Guidance by deadline.

  10. 2014-2015 Some computers may automatically download the registration forms and open them in Adobe Reader. Others may encounter prompt boxes like this one and the one in the next slide.

  11. 2014-2015 Another Adobe message may appear. Just click “OK” to proceed.

  12. Course Elective Preference Sheet Place your cursor in a text box and type the information requested. Bubble “4 Yr. Studio Art" if it applies to you.

  13. 3. Print form and return to Mrs. Holzheimer in the Guidance Department 1. Place your cursor in a text box and type the requested information. Bubble ‘4 Year Art Student’ if you plan to study art in college. 1 2. Number your top ten preferences for electives. An * denotes semester courses and (9,10,11,12) lists which grade levels may take this course. 2 3

  14. 2014-2015 Rank your top ten electives 1-10. Only rank courses that are available for your grade level. Numbering only one class will not guarantee your schedule for it. Placement depends upon course availability.

  15. 2014-2015 Rank your top ten elective choices Padua’s Graduation Requirements are listed at the bottom of the Electives sheet. For your specific requirements, log in to NetClassroom and check Student’s Grades/Graduation Requirements.

  16. 2014-2015 Now open the Appropriate Course Registration Form

  17. 2014-2015 Complete student information at the top of the form. Bubble what applies.

  18. 2014-2015 Drop down and select Padua summer school courses if you plan to take summer PE or Medical Terminology; otherwise leave these fields blank.

  19. 2014-2015 Select Before school courses or leave blank.

  20. 2014-2015 Select After school courses or leave blank. Choices are Marching Band, Yearbook, and Horizon

  21. 2014-2015 Senior Form Do not make selection in 11 if you are taking year course, AP U.S. Government Select study hall in Line 15 only if your P.E. is fulfilled. Select Foreign Language or an elective in Line 17 Skip 14,16,18, or 20 if 13,15,17,or 19 are year courses. *denotes a semester course Drop down each of the fields to make your course selections. Some courses have been preselected for you.

  22. 2014-2015 New Junior Requirement E176 Financial Literacy All juniors automatically registered for online state requirement.

  23. 2014-2015 Junior Form Select the study hall option in line 13 only if you have completed your P.E. requirement. Do not select an elective from 15,17 or 19 if 14, 16, and 18 are year courses. *denotes a semester course Drop down each of the fields to make your course selections. Some courses have been preselected for you.

  24. 2014-2015 You should select 587 Adv. Computer Applications as one of your electives if you haven’t taken it yet.

  25. 2014-2015 Once you have completed the electronic portions of the form it is ready for you to print, sign, and return to Guidance by the listed deadline. Close your form after printing. (If you want, you may save it to your home computer.) Click to print your form

  27. 2014-2015 Parent and student signatures are required Return forms to Guidance by deadline. The bottom portion of the form contains the parent information and signature section. Please review your course selections and graduation requirements with your parents before returning this form to Guidance. This completes step one of registration.

  30. 2014-2015 Use the course registration and elective forms you completed earlier as references.

  31. 2014-2015 Log in to NetClassroom through the Student/Parent Login. 1.Use Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari to access NetClassroom. 2.Login information is available from Mrs. Brizius sbrizius@paduafranciscan.com or see Mrs. Frech in the library.

  32. 2014-2015 Course catalog gives brief description of courses Go to Registration/Enter Requests Click on Edit Requests

  33. 2014-2015 Do not use browser back, forward or refresh arrows.

  34. 2014-2015 Select course from each drop-down menu. Some courses have been preselected in the grid below. Use the course registration sheet you printed as your guide.

  35. 2014-2015 Click on this little cell to select the course you want to delete. Click “Delete” after selecting the course. You can delete a course from the grid if you make a mistake or change your mind.
