  3. Introduction:The ILembe District has implemented Shared service department to facilitate the implementation of the PDA.

  4. Preparations I.T.O. ACT: • Functional Planning forum:- dealing with- Development Administration, PMS Shared service, Alignment with other sector departments and information sharing • Alignment :- LUMS:- Mandeni:- Process of finalising the draft Scheme that covers the whole municipal area Maphumulo:- Process of finalising the scheme for Maphumulo Town and establishment of Town Ndwedwe:-Preparation of Land Use Management System (LUMS). KwaDukuza:-has a draft consolidation of the Schemes. Interaction with COGTA :- focused training on schemes. • Delegation • Tariffs
