Guests’ first impression on the bellman usually can decide whether they are satisfied with the service. A bellman’s daily duty includes welcoming guests at the door, helping with heavy luggage, guiding guests to the Front Desk, showing guests to their rooms and providing information about services in the hotel. A bellman’s manners and service can always stand for the image of a hotel.
