POST NATAL SITUATION • Short term counselling for Depression, educational Psychologist, C.M.H.T., home help • Medium term decision re education Thomas • Mother & baby group, nanny • Long term C.P.support group Advantages : M.D.T. greater access to resources and specialized health professionals Disadvantages : confusing to see many people, notes get lost, may be some overlap, may take longer, Dependant on M.D.T. effectiveness, mutual respect,communication, efficiency& organization.
