  1. Will President Obama be successful in his first term as president? Why? Out of the students surveyed. • A majority of the students surveyed in Texas stated yes • A majority of students surveyed out of Texas stated no • A majority of students outside the U.S stated no. When asked why they believed their answers most students stated that president Obama was either too inexperienced or that they didn’t believe he was going to follow through with his policies. While others believe that former presidents have left too many obstacles for Obama to overcome only in his first term of presidency.

  2. In the U.S why do we have a low voter turnout, especially among young people? Out of all the students surveyed they all came to an agreement that students these days are either under educated in politics, or uninterested in political affairs. Whatever their own personal reasons are all surveyed students agreed that the children of this generation simply do no care.

  3. Who is the Vice President? Thankfully even out of the U.S students of the world aren’t so out of touch that they couldn’t answer a question such as this incorrectly. • All students in Texas answered Joe Biden • All students out of Texas answered Joe Biden • Even students out of the U.S answered Joe Biden.

  4. What company was responsible for the oil spill in the Gulf? Out of all the Students asked • All Students in Texas answered BP • All students outside of Texas answered BP • All students (with the exception of one) answered BP When asked how they knew the answer to this question all students answered that it was an event widely enough know that they learned of it from TV, or even from word of mouth.

  5. Would other countries support the U.S during their recession. • Students in Texas answered no • A majority of students outside in another state answered no. • A majority of students outside the U.S answered No. While these answers focused mostly on no, some students stated that other countries would help the U.S because they generally care about the state of the U.S and still consider us allies. While others argued with this stating that too many former presidents burned bridges with these countries or that we have nothing to offer these countries in return for their assistance.
