  3. Health Risks associated with bad Posture • Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) - This is caused by repetitive finger movements over long periods of time and can cause serious pain in the finger joints. • Eye Strain- Eye strain is quite common among people using monitors over extended periods of time. It can result in irritated eyes and blurred vision.

  4. Health Risks associated with bad Posture • Back problemsSitting in a wrong position for a long time can have a drastic effect on your body. Initial symptoms can be lower body pain, back pain, shoulder pain, chest pain etc. If not detected in early stage, it can lead to slip disc, breathing problems and some may need surgery as well. It can also affect the curvature of the spine which means the natural "S" shape of the spine can turn into a complete "C" shape.

  5. Properposture: 1. Keeps bones and joints in the correct alignment so that muscles are being used properly. • 2. Helps decrease the abnormal wearing of joint surfaces. • 3. Decreases the stress on the ligaments holding the joints of the spine together. • 4. Prevents the spine from becoming fixed in abnormal positions. • 5. Prevents fatigue because muscles are being used more efficiently, allowing the body to use less energy. • 6. Prevents backache and muscular pain. • 7. Contributes to a good appearance
