  11. Successes • Team building and communication • Champions in each unit • Staff taking initiative to provide education and suggestion • BAT tool education by PRCs • Whiteboards in 2 home areas – in use • Less to talk about! Results are apparent!

  12. Challenges • Time to do the BAT tool • Do we look at the crisis care plan? • Some staff not quite on board • Keeping the momentum going….. • METRICS!

  13. Next Steps • BSO funding for 2 PSWs • Roll out to 50 % of home by end of 2013 (150 beds!!) • Montessori activities • BAT tool to be commonplace • Encourage ALL staff to see whiteboard (FS, physio, OT, etc) • METRICS!!!
