Next Steps • BSO funding for 2 PSWs • Roll out to 50 % of home by end of 2013 (150 beds!!) • Montessori activities • BAT tool to be commonplace • Encourage ALL staff to see whiteboard (FS, physio, OT, etc) • METRICS!!!
