Jan 25- Brief assembly to share the new naming • Feb All-School: new t-shirts for the teams for Winter Field Day and beyond

  10. Increasing Enrollment: Misc. • From November Board Meeting: • New Admissions Director Angie Wenger did not work with new students for Opening Day. The former Director remained until September 15th to enroll families. • Working to retain independent firm who specializes in enrollment conversion strategies to analyze: • Marketing: • Dir. of Marketing: Correct person? • Marketing work: Correct work? • Admissions: the firm engaged in over 2,500 educational mystery shopping's in 2018: • Dir. of Enrollment: Correct person? • Process changes or improvements?

Financial Stability • Cash position: -$5k year over year, 12.31 • Will become constrained in February • Overly reliant on re-enrollment cash flow • Management is working to address cash: • Reduce current year expenses • Request Endowment Committee: 3% instead of 2% • A focus of the budget plans
