  3. What have the families done with their budgets • 3 families have removed children from school

  4. 5 families have taken elements of their budget to support their child’s access to therapies

  5. Monitoring ….. How do we know if budgets are working? • Evaluating the use of budgets and how they might be used in the future.

  6. Hand book has been prepared which works for both Direct payments and Personal budgets. • Contract amended and made into a user friendly yet legally correct document.

  7. 10 new families identified • Working with older children.
