How to accomplish our goal? • Contact various different cellular data providers to look at purchasing District-owned devices for students to check out and use at home. • Contract with cellular data providers to use e-Rate funds to allow broadband access for students in our lower socio-economic areas.

  5. Pilot Program • Find a cellular data provider to partner with. • Place broadband access points at strategic places within the District for student access at home. • Form committee to monitor progress and review effectiveness. • Use a variety of devices at several school sites.

  6. Let’s work together to take a stand against digital inequality and help diminish this divide in our District.
