Feedback Processes • Product Quality Deficiency Report (QDR) is available from GSA, use the eResolve or Email NCSCcustomer.service@gsa.gov. • Note “Fire Suppression item” on the subject line. • Detailed process and link from NISC webpage • Important to let the servicing cache know of a failure of supply item. • GSA contracts • T & D specifications • Avoid “outside the process” communication flow • Important when a Safenet is going to be generated • Participate in the review/investigation
