PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Library Remodel LAS POSITAS COLLEGE September 16, 2013 • Project Team: • Architect: Noll & Tam • Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff • Contractor: TBD Project Update: • Architect selection completed in May with Board approval in June • Project is in final design development phase with cost estimates provided to users • Submission for DSA review scheduled for November 20, 2013 • Occupancy: December 2014

PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Renovations – 100, 900, 1000, 1310/1320, 1700 LAS POSITAS COLLEGE September 16, 2013 • Project Team: • Architect: Charles Ham and Associates • Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff • Contractor: TBD Project Update: • .Conceptual design meetings have started for B1700–Print Shop, Mail Room and Large Group Meeting Room • Conceptual design meeting are scheduled for B1310/1320- Veterans Program • B100 on Hold, B900 –classroom in service • B1000 will be demolished once vacant • B700– Swing space for Library during B2000 renovation • Occupancy: Phased

Occupancy: 09/2012
