Key Lessons Learnt • Creating a learning environment, which involves Feedback, team-building, etc. • Need to carry out Situational Analysis before a project commences.
Lessons Learnt [Cont’d] • So that main problems/ concerns of different stakeholders would be known. • And how these relate to the focus of the project.
Lessons learnt [cont’d] • This will also help create a common understanding of the current situation and a shared vision for the future. • Tools such as objective tree, rich picture, flow diagram, role plays etc would be used.
Main Change Management • Advocating for team-work in my department. - Because people are used to working in isolation, each one doing his/her own thing without the knowledge of the other.
How? • I will meet with my Director to point out the need for us to work together as a team to achieve our common goal. • Also to offer my assistance in the process of creating a learning environment.
What I Have Learnt About Myself • I have realized that am an implementer - I am concerned with what is feasible, sort out objectives and persue them logically. • I cope well under pressure.
About My Coach • He is a tolerant and patient man, slow in analyzing issues but comes out with best solution. • He kept encouraging me to keep going in spite of my condition.
