Seminole County H.O.P.E.

The Seminole County H.O.P.E. initiative, a partnership between the KAD Foundation and the Casselberry Senior Center, aims to enhance the quality of life for Hispanic seniors aged 55+ across the county. Running from May to December, this community-based program targets 100 seniors with a budget of $20,000. Key focus areas include improving physical activity, nutrition, social support, and disease prevention. The program will utilize screenings, questionnaires, and tailored health action plans to encourage participation in activities that promote exercise, education, and socialization.
