  3. ACTon SATURDAY • ACT photos need to be uploaded and admission tickets printed before the test this Saturday.  Be sure to bring a current, valid photo ID to the test.

  4. Talent show-round 2 • Round 2 Auditions for the Talent Show will be held on Thursday, October 25, during 1st period. See Mrs. Lee

  5. PARENT/TEACHERCONFERENCES • Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held from 3:30 to 7:00 on Monday and Tuesday, • October 22 and 23.

  7. DISTRICT VOLLEYBALL • The Lady Eagles will play at 8:00 Monday, October 22, against Marionville at Southwest.

  8. SENIOR CAP AND GOWN/aNNOUNCEMENTS • Seniors will meet on Wednesday, October 24, to determine Senior Cap and Gown/Announcements. • Officers will meet at 12:00 • All Class at 12:15

  9. VOLLEYBALL PINK-OUT

  10. LOST and FOUND • This weekend, keys were found near the recycling building. If they may be yours, come to the high school office to identify them.

  12. FCCLA STAR EVENT/PANCREATIC CANCER • Our FCCLA Star Event this year is over Pancreatic Cancer and remembering Mr. Carl Geyer. As part of our project we are selling shirts that we designed. They are $10. (Pay when you order to Mrs. McGee, Jessica or Kaylynn.) Orders and money need to be turned in by November 7th. Proceeds will be donated to a Pancreatic Cancer foundation of Mrs. Geyer's choice. We are having a Purple Power day on Thursday December 6th. On December 13th at the home ball game we will have recognition of Mr. Carl Geyer. Thanks for all your help and we appreciate your support and participation! :)

  13. LATIN DANCERS/SPANISH CLUB • Latin dancers: Two weeks left till our first OHSL conference.  We practice at 8:00 on Thursday mornings and 3:15 on Friday afternoons.

  15. HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL • Round 2 auditions will be Thursday, October 25th during school. Talent Show is Saturday, November 10th at 7:00 p.m.

  17. MSU REPRESENTATIVE • A representative from MSU will be at Purdy on Thursday, October 25th at 9:00.  If interested, please sign up outside Mrs. Whitehead’s room.

  18. “no kid hungry” • 1 in 6 children live in poverty and go to bed hungry. • FCCLA’s goal is to collect 500 lbs. • in non-perishable foods during the week of October 22-25. • Donate YOUR non-perishable goods to your 5th period teacher to win a PIZZA PARTY!
