  1. Manpower Tracking And Social Distancing Control ISAE: Intelligent Systems Around Everything

  2. Pandemic - Monitoring Good Hygiene It is difficult to monitor, whether or not a person has washed hands at regular intervals. In the absence of such a monitoring, the organisation will be at a risk of infection Tracking Manpower on Shop Floor Supervision task of making sure that the employees and contractors are at their designated locations at all times is currently a supervision nightmare. Attendance Billing & Payroll Real Time all day attendance currently is not possible. Creating payroll for employees and reviewing billing for contract labor is an arduous task every month. Safety & Security Manpower safety is the most important challenge and most accidents occur when they tread in locations that they are not authorised in. Real time updates on such trespassing is not currently available. Temperature Scanning & Recording Thermal temperature scanning is possible but recording of the temperature against the person is not currently possible. This puts a dent in the entire process of reporting for regulatory purposes. Pandemic - Social Distancing Social Distancing is the new norm. But supervising the social distancing in an office or workplace is not a simple task. Social distancing norms must be also followed in washrooms and elevators. Current Challenges 02 01 03 04 05 06

  3. Solutions Through Smart ID Card Real-Time Tracking Smart ID card has the capability of giving location information in real time and also automatically identifying if the person is at the location where he is supposed to be. Incidents Reporting and Resolution Incidents for example a person treading in a hazard zone can be reported easily. In case of a fire, the count of total people can quickly be found along with their last locations Social Distancing Over Crowding of places like office, shop floor, work place, washrooms, canteens etc. can be reported in real time so as to avoid any infections Temperature Scanning and Recording Just taking temperature is of no use if the readings are not associated wit the employee and recorded for analysing trend. Monitoring good Hygiene The ID card will keep a record of the number of times the employee has washed his hands. If not, a notification will be raised in a social realm. Attendance and Payroll With real-time tracking, giving data of all day attendance to the HR for calculating Payroll and for reviewing invoices of the contract labour is easily possible.

  4. Value Addition • Safety & Security- The employee bluetooth tag will help keep a track on the time spent inside the licensed area and sound an alarm if the person enters a Hazard Zone, all in real time • SOS button - Theemployee tag will allow the employee to send out an SOS signal incase of any danger or panic situation • Time Tracking - There will be no need to maintain an attendance register. The tag will automatically record the in and out time • Body Sensor - A body sensor attached to the ID card will sense, if the card is moved from the body and kept aside. So, there is no chance of cheating. • Maintenance Free - The battery inside the card would last for 24 to 30 months. Is IP 65, so water and rain proof. No maintenance required.

  5. Social Distancing & Hygiene - Need of the Hour • Over Crowding- The employee bluetooth tag will help keep a track on the time spent inside the licensed area and sound an alarm if the person enters a Hazard Zone, all in real time • Away from Designated Zone - The employee tag will allow the employee to send out an SOS signal incase of any danger or panic situation • Handwash - The system will automatically be able to time and interval of the activity, be it hand washing, hand sanitisation etc. • Fire & Safety - The receivers will always keep a count of the number of people in the zone and update the count on the server in real time. So, in cases of emergencies where the count is needed it can be immediately fetched.

  6. Hyper Local - Employee Trace and Track • Record Movement- The system keeps a record of all movements of the ID cards over time and occurrences • Contaminated Zones - If an employee is found positive, the system will automatically identify contaminated zones to help with testing or quarantining people who worked in that zone.

  7. Monitoring Hygiene • Regular Hygiene- The employee bluetooth tag will help keep a track on the number of times the sanitisation area has been visited. • No Touch - The foot button on the stand, automatically dispenses the liquid. This way no one has to touch the bottle • Adjustable Bottle Base - A sanitisation bottle for either 500 ml or 5 litres can be placed in the stand • Branding & Messaging - The center of the stand can display branding or crucial messaging

  8. Video Demonstration Type to enter a caption.

  9. Efficiency is the function of total hours available divided by the total hours at work station allocated. The solution does not need continuous monitoring. When rules are breached, alerts are created automatically. Instantly check the number of people on active duty all day and at any time. This can be used for payroll and billing. Our ISAE engine is able to pick up real-time IoT data and perform decision making using on-board ML Engine ACTIVE DUTY INCIDENTS MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY HYPER DECISION MAKING Dashboard: Health Statistics & Status

  10. COVID-19 Compliance with HyperLocal Transport : Employees Boarding Bus for the Plant Using ID Cards, we can check for the number of people in the bus. This can make sure that there are no more people in a bus than actually allowed. A sensor near next to the sanitiser will check if each employee has sanitised their hands while boarding the bus Entry Protocol at the Gate : Employees entering the Plant A thermal sensor attached to a transmitter can take the employee details while taking the temperature and record the temperature at entry and at exit. This activity could be done several times in a day. An algorithm in the backend could review these readings of a person and report any anomaly immediately (this is in case where the employee is taking any kind of medication to suppress the temperature)

  11. Entry Protocol at the Gate : Attendance should not be Biometric Entry Protocol at the Gate : Hand Sanitisation to be done during Entry COVID-19 Compliance with HyperLocal Manual Attendance possess the same kind of risk as a biometric as the attendance book, the pen etc, can be contaminated. A bluetooth based, contactless iCard can solve this issue of attendance not only at the entry and exit but check for Efficiency throughout the day. Efficiency is the function of total hours at the work-station divided by the total available hours into 100 A sensor near next to the sanitiser will check for sanitisation against every employee. A process to check compliance to this protocol could be established to ensure proper adherence.

  12. COVID-19 Compliance with HyperLocal Entry Protocol at the Gate : Staggering of Shift Timings to avoid Mingling This could be done using access controlled doors that could only open using the ID cards, the process of not allowing people to enter the plant before the shift time could easily be adhered to. In the absence of the access controlled doors, this system will immediately and automatically raise and incident if an employee comes in before the shift time Cleaning & Sanitising : Common Areas need to be sanitised every few hours Keeping track of the cleaner’s dwell time in a particular shared area can give the data on the cleanliness. There is no need to fill sheets and stick on the wall. Just a random physical scrutiny of the shared areas is enough to maintain discipline in cleaning. So, if a canteen would ideally require 1 hour to clean, the cleaner’s dwell time in the canteen is a good yardstick to measure if the cleaning has been done.

  13. COVID-19 Compliance with HyperLocal Cleaning & Sanitising : Keep a record of hand wash every few hours A receiver could be placed at every hand wash area or near sanitisation areas. This receiver could receive the signals every time an employee comes to the area and keep a count If the employee does not wash according to the set process, an incident could be raised and name(s) flashed on the near by screen. Social Distancing : Prevent Over Crowding and Ensure Social Distancing in washrooms Having receivers in the washrooms can help with counting the number of people in washrooms Ensuring social distancing may not be possible physically, but ensuring not more than a set number of people are using the washrooms at any point in time can easily be done using ID cards.

  14. COVID-19 Compliance with HyperLocal Social Distancing : Making sure Training & Meetings maintain protocol Organisations need to make sure that e-Trainings and e-Meetings are encouraged, but where this is not possible; protocol can be set for a max number of people that can be seated in a training/meeting room. The system could raise an alarm if the number of people protocol is not followed. This could help in ensuring that the process is followed. Social Distancing : Stagger lunch time in Canteens Once a policy has been made to ensure proper lunch times are staggered for all employees from all departments, enforcing the policy would require a lot of manual supervision With Hyper Local ID Cards, it could be easy spot a person who should not be in the canteen at that time.

  15. COVID-19 Compliance with HyperLocal Traceability : Is Traceability Maintained for People entering the site It is now very important to make sure that visitors entering the site are tracked and are meeting only the person they are supposed to meet and are not loitering in any other areas. By assigning the visitor an iCard it could be very simple to track and the hyper decision framework would alert if the geo-fence has been broken. Traceability : In case of a positive case, Can you back trace the areas of contamination? It is IMPOSSIBLE to keep a record of all the places the employee has visited so that it would be possible to give a list of contaminated areas and the people that visited that area during that time span But, if all the employees are wearing the iCard, it would be possible to easily identify contaminated areas and list people who needed to be quarantined, instead of just shutting down the whole company.

  16. COVID-19 Compliance with HyperLocal Crisis Preparedness : What should be done if COVID +Ve case is found? It is important to lay down the policy and procedure to handle the COVID +Ve case but without data on traceability, there would be no recourse but to shut down the operations. By maintaining a record of all the temperatures of all employees throughout the day, and running an algorithm to check for anomalies, it will be possible to detect an issue in advance You could only quarantine those people who either came in contact with her person and the areas that were contaminated Crisis Preparedness : Can a mock test be done to check for readiness? Yes, a mock test can easily be done by hypothetically identifying an individual and putting the employee id in the application. The application within a few minutes will list down all the contaminated zones and the people who either came in contact with the person or in contact with the contaminated zone during a particular time.

  18. FAQ Q 1: What is the life of the gateways, Relays and Smart ID cards? Ans : The gateways and relays have a life of more than five years. The ID cards have a battery that lasts for 30 months, after which the card needs to be replaced. Q 2: Will the system be able to detect a COVID 19 +VE person? Ans : The bluetooth and GSM enabled Thermal Temperature Gun, will be able to send and save the temperature record of a person, so that the application can analyse the change in temperature of a particular person if if such a change is out of boundary, but it will not be able to detect a COVID 19 +VE case Q 3: Does the ID card work anywhere? Ans : The ID card needs the relays and gateways to receive information. So, if a person takes the ID card outside the premise where there is no gateway or relay to talk to the ID card, it will not work Q 4: Can the system also help track if the person has come in contact with an infected person? Ans : As the system does not work outside of the premise, it will not be able to get the information of contact with an infected person, but in case one of the workers is infected, we can get the entire history of who this worker was in close contact with over the past few days. Q 5: Does the ID card work on battery, what is the life of this battery? Ans : Yes, the ID card does not require external power and runs for approx. 3 years on battery alone
