(Proposal excludes effort to co-ordinate test environments and data load/conversion) • Skilled resources are available for performing the integration points for both DART and Legacy Applications who are also familiar with the ways of working. • Test Resource approval is provided prior to Test Prep starting

  7. Assumptions / Test Preparation • FRD’s, Interface specifications and Addendums have been baselined at the commencement of Test Preparation and are managed by change control • Australian Test Assets needed for Regression Testing are loaded into Quality Center, ready for use. This includes the Master Conditions List and Test Scripts • Local & Global SME’s are available for Test Preparation reviews and queries • New Test Team members knowledge & upskilling will be ‘on the job’ during preparation phase • Assumes existing R3.2 resources roll over onto this phase of testing • Assumes R3.2 activities are concluded to transition team members • The following changes outlined in the Regression Testing Strategy Phase 2 have been implemented: • Master Condition List has been loaded into Quality Center and has been updated with the necessary flags (i.e. Global vs Local, Region etc..) • Test Scripts for DART have been reviewed, restructured and loaded into Quality Center • Test Scripts for GSS Integration have been updated with the new naming conventions and flags.

  9. Assumptions / Automation • No Automation for both DART/GSS is expected to be available for this phase of testing • If automation is decided to be included a minimum of 4 weeks notice period is required for the resource roll-offs • Automation must be decided and finalised within the test approach, therefore this must be completed 10 weeks prior to execution commencing • In the event that automation for DART is available there will be minimal impact on the estimate provided within this proposal • In the event that automation is available for GSS there would be no impact on preparation, however there may be a reduction of effort in relation to execution. As Retalitest efforts are yet to be quantified the estimates in relation to execution will need to be revisited

  10. Assumptions / General • Estimates based on DART/GSS High Level Programme Plan April 2007 V1 • Estimate does not include any travel expenses • Estimate assumes 1 Test Manager across both testing activities however should only 1 testing activity be performed by pca, the cost associated for test management will remain the same.
