  2. Muestras a analizar • Serán de aproximadamente 1 kg. de nueces pecan CON CASCARA en una bolsa hermética para no alterar los porcentajes de humedad durante el traslado. Se recomienda usar tipo Ziplock o bien dos bolsas de nylon bien atadas. • La bolsa debe estar correctamente rotulada. • Enviarlas avisando previamente por mail a pablonardone@hotmail.com • Laboratorio BioBelgrano • Sucre 2639 cp 1428 Capital Federal.   3. CAMARA DE LECTURA VASO PARA CARGAR LA MUESTRA DISPLAY PESAS SELECTOR DE GRANO CONFIRMA ENCENDIDO

  4. PREPARACION DE LA MUESTRA Pelar los pecanes

  5. Picarlos de forma que queden pedacitos de aproximadamente 4 mm. Emplear picadora o simplemente cuchillo afilado.

  6. PASOS PARA EL ANALISIS • Colocar la pesaque dice girasol • Encender con botónrojo • Seleccionar el grano con botónamarillohastaqueindiquePEC • Confirmar con botónverde

  7. Comenzar a verterlasnuecespicadassuavemente. El indicador PEC comenzará a titilar. • Cuando estemos casi en la cantidad necesaria para la lectura aparecerá titilando - - - - - -

  8. Interrumpir el llenado y esperar unos segundos y aparecerá el valor del % de humedad • Se aconseja repetir el proceso

  9. FINALIZADAS LAS DETERMINACIONES SE LIMPIA MUY BIEN LA CAMARA DE LECTURA
