  3. Caso Clínico Sana, ningún dato de endocrinopatía Negaba uso de esteroides tópicos Antecedentes familiares negativos para acné severo

  4. CASO CLINICO Franco aspecto rosaceiforme: Eritema Infiltración Edema Pústulas Afección ocular

  5. Biopsia Infiltrado aspecto granulomatoso perianexial

  6. Manejo terapeútico Eritromicina VO 1 gr/día por un mes Metronidazol 0.7% tópico bid Gotas oftálmicas antibióticas Evolución satisfactoria
