  2. In this video I want to show you what I think the best article directories are best to submit your articles to. • Remember, the reason you are writing articles, firstly to get traffic to your website, and secondly for backlinks to help with your search engine rankings.

  3. So to determine PageRank we need to go to Google, and type in PageRank checker, and you will soon see a list of free tools in your browser. My personal favourite is Link Extender. • So, once installed, you type in the term “article directory” in Google, and you will see a list of the top article directories, it also installs a toolbar which allows you to see on every individual site, so we need to use article directories with a high page rank.

Almost everyone knows, and will advise you to use the following two article directories, E-zine articles, and Go Articles, however there are also two other lesser know directories Articles Base and Buzzle, that I and others I know have had success with. • I strongly recommend that you sign up to all 4 of these article directories, and submit your articles to them. Just remember to read their terms and conditions, as E-zine articles in particular can be choosy on what they permit in their articles, such as content and links, etc.

  5. I honestly believe that you do not really need any more directories than this, but if you decide that you do, just make sure that you choose a directory with a PageRank of no less PR3 on Google. • Remember there are thousands of article directories out there, so don’t get too bogged down by submitting to them all, quality is what counts after all.
