Understanding Jennay: An Ecological Map of a 16-Year-Old's Life and Challenges

This assessment delves into the ecological circumstances surrounding Jennay, a 16-year-old girl from Mount Druitt, who comes from a low-socioeconomic background with uninformed family dynamics. Struggling with unemployment and social issues, she faces challenges in her personal life including past emotional trauma and substance use. The ecological map based on Bronfenbrenner's model highlights Jennay's interactions with her micro, mezzo, exo, and macro systems, revealing how these interconnected spheres shape her identity, behaviors, and future potential.
