  2. 5 Main Parts • EVERYONE! • 6/11 or 6/12 – Spring Combing Testing • Conditioning every Mon, Tuesday, Thurs, Fri 6/28-8/17 • If signed up • CCSU Camp 6/23-6/25 • By Invite • Passing League at St Paul Mon, Thursday 7/5-8/16 • Lineman Challenge 7/28

  3. Spring Combine • 6/11 or 6/12 – Spring Combing Testing • Sign-up sheets will be posted in the locker room 40 max per day • Players will be notified of time to show up based on lifting groups on Saturday 6/6

  4. Spring Combine • New this year – The Ultra Combine Challenge (Point System) • No change to the events: 40, Squat, Clean, Bench, Pull Ups, 5-10-5, Broad Jump, 12lb MB Throw, 300 shuttle • Points will be awarded based on performance to give one “total athleticism score” to each player

  5. Summer Conditioning • Each day M,T,R,F 6/28-8/17 • Morning 9:00-10:30 or 5:30-7:00 • 30 Days total • Expectation is at least 24, minimum is 20 • If you are going away for an extended period this summer (more than 1 week) have your parents write me a note and your required days will be adjusted accordingly • There will be MANDATORY conditioning after all of fall pre-season practices for all players, but you can be exempt by attending at least 20 days this summer, if you fail to get to 20 you need to make up the remainder

Summer TAP • Team Accountability Program • This summer we want to compete! • We need this intensity • You will be drafted into 6 teams by Mitch Berlandy, Thomas Stevens, Branden Marquis, Jo Fillian, Mike Berlandy, Nick Hardiman • You will find out what team you are on Saturday • Points will be earned for your team in a number of ways including: attendance in summer weight room, combine performance, combine improvement, and performance in random competitions throughout the summer.

  7. CCSU • There will be a meeting for everyone going to the CCSU camp at 1:30 on Saturday (before the Spring game) • What to bring • Roommates • Goals • How we will operate

  8. Passing League • This summer we will go both Monday and Thursday – I’d like you to make as many as you can • We should be able to field 1 team each day, we will have an expanded roster in case, you need to let Brian or Jeremy know if you cannot make a day • We will use wrist bands that will be kept by Brian and Jeremy, please do not take them home!
