  1. Volunteer in KARIONG MOUNTAINS HIGH Canteen Yes we work hard…(lol...not likely..) Yes we clean heaps…(you got to be joking) Yes we feed teenagers..( their so sweet….) Yes we cook all day…..( I don’t think so…) ALL myths & LIES WE NEED YOU It’s my job to make your life is easy & fun in the canteen so you have a feel good day of volunteering for your school community. A day in the canteen helps you understand about what's going on with different events at school, and what exciting things are happening around our school. You get to put a face to the people teaching and changing the lives of your teenagers, You get to see your kids having fun with their friends, and believe it or not the kids still get excited to see you in the school canteen, even though sometimes they say different. Our canteen needs volunteers for just one day a month, that’s only 2 or 3 days a term. NOT MUCH For all your efforts our canteen gives you -A free Cuppa, drink & lunch -A free day out of with no house work & washing -And fabulous company & laughs Our canteen volunteers are built on friendships, fun, laughter, jokes, shopping, long lunches, pyjama parties, holidays, nights out, but most of all supporting each other as a community should. Helping each other shape our teenagers into fantastic people is what it’s all about. You are not alone. Oh yeh, we serve healthy food to your teenagers.
