The Youth Guarantee initiative offers a learner-centred system that creates clear pathways for students aged 18 and under. Focused on demand-driven local education models, it promotes partnerships and networks to enhance vocational pathways. The program ensures free educational opportunities, equitable outcomes for priority groups, and effective tracking of student progress. Through flexible funding and strengthened support, learners are empowered to make informed choices, improving retention and reducing NEET rates. This cohesive framework fosters authentic learning experiences that connect education with future work opportunities.
