Effects of FSK and IBMX on pCREB and Tubulin in PMNs Migration Study

This study investigates the impact of forskolin (FSK) and IBMX on phosphorylated cAMP response element-binding protein (pCREB) levels and tubulin in polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs). Utilizing densitometry, we analyze the protein expression of pCREB and tubulin upon exposure to different concentrations of FSK and IBMX. Our results highlight the modulation of PMN migration by these compounds, signifying a potential pathway for therapeutic intervention in inflammatory responses.
