Exploring the Feminist Lens in American Literature

In this session, we will delve into the concept of the feminist lens as presented in Part 1 of our reading assignment. We will compare traditional views of gender roles with feminist perspectives that highlight how society shapes our perceptions. Students are reminded to read “Winter” in preparation for Thursday's class. Additionally, we will discuss the characters from "TBE" and the influence of gender within the narrative. Come prepared with questions and thoughts about the feminist lens!
