  3. Current Risks/Issues • Grand Forks Fiber • Delays in getting approvals and sign-offs • Assume redundant fiber link will not be available by rollout • Continued delay in DCN turnover • Revising rollout again • Focus on minimizing impact to HE & K12

  4. Good News • Equipment is starting to arrive • Lab is up and configuration & testing has begun
