  2. Goal & Purpose • To engage students in physical activity • To have students become self-motivated and excited to exercise and be active • To make a connection to the students with technology they are familiar with

  3. Nintendo Wii • Promotes active movement while playing • Students control the game with body movement • Great alternative for rainy days!

  4. Wii Sports • Students can compete with one another in boxing, tennis, baseball, golf, and more! • Boxing is an excellent form of cardio exercise! • Less fights in school?

  5. Wii Sports Resort • Even more action-filled activities • Students can engage in cycling, canoeing, and much more! • Cardio, muscle movement, coordination! Students use their arms to pedal

  6. Wii Fit • Focuses on aerobics, strength, & balance • Uses balance board as controller • More than 40 activities!
