  1. Systemic Practice in Action A VERY WARM WELCOME TO THE UNIVERSITY OF DERBY

HOUSEKEEPING • FIRE ALARM: If the fire alarm sounds please leave by the nearest exit and assemble in the front of the university. • Mixing & Mingling: Coffee 11am, lunch 12.30pm and afternoon tea 2.30pm are provided outside the lecture theatre. Please try to be back at the requested times. • TOILETS: There are lots. • MOBILES: Please switch off. • FEEDBACK: Please hand in at the end and collect certificate. • ANY QUESTIONS: If you have any questions throughout the day please speak to a member of the DAFT committee.

  8. Intermediate Level Systemic Practitioner Membership Benefits: • AFT Membership • Continuing Professional Development • Clinical Supervision Requirements • Minimum Required Practice Hours

  9. Systemic Family Practice and Systemic Family Therapy • SFP is based on the same theoretical and evidence base as SFT but denotes an intermediate level of training. Systemic Family Therapists will have another 2 years of training and be equipped to deal with the most challenging work and to move more flexibly across age range and presentations. • The Systemic Family practice curriculum has been designed so that successful candidates should be able to enter the final 2 years of family therapy training leading to registration with UKCP.
