This study investigates the effects of Parp-1 and SirT1 gene variations on average weight in both female and male subjects, utilizing various genotypes: Parp-1+/+; SirT1+/+, Parp-1+/-; SirT1+/-, and Parp-1-/-; SirT1-/-. With a sample size of up to 8 per group, the analysis reveals weight differences associated with each genetic combination across different ages (in weeks). This data can provide insights into the role of these genes in weight regulation and their potential implications for gender-specific health outcomes.
