  3. The state bird is nene. Also the hibiscus is the state flower.

  4. The state tree is Kukui (also it is called candlenut tree) Hawaii’s nicknames are the Aloha State, the Youngest State, and the Pineapple State. There are 16 colleges in Hawaii.

  5. Duke Paoa was born in 1889. He was a good swimmer and a great surfer.

  6. Lois Lowry was born in 1937 and died in 1990. She wrote Number the Stars.

  7. I like Brigham Young University of Hawaii since it has 5 stars and it is really cheap.It is medium size.

  8. You should go to Hawaii to see all the volcanoes at Hawaii.

  9. You should go to Hawaii since you have nice view of the ocean especially if you are in a hotel it will be a nice view.
