XMyT1- * XMyT1- XCtBP- Le mutant XMyT1XCtBP est constitué de trois mutations ponctuelles au niveau des trois motifs de recrutement de XCtBP. Ces trois motifs PGDLS, PENLS et TLDLS ont été mutés respectivement en PAAAS, PAAAS et TAAAS. Cette expérience montre que le mutant n’interagit plus avec XCtBP contrairement à la protéine XMyT1 sauvage. Légende : (*) bande de type artéfact.
