STRONG Passwords • Avoid using words in either English or foreign language dictionaries. • Passwords shall be at least six characters in length, and • Passwords shall conform to the three following conditions: • Contain upper case characters • Contain lower case characters • Contain numerals (0, 1, 2…9) Example: Mvorn0827 Seehttp://www.colostate-pueblo.edu/its/policies/PasswordPolicy.asp

  24. You can Log into any computer on campus and access your • Desktop Files • The Files must be on your Desktop • or in • My Documents (Network) • Use your new username • and password

  25. Stored in and Backed up to an ITS computer server area in Admin Stored only on the Desktop of the Computer at which you are working – No Backup This is your desktop

  26. Desktop Drive My Docs (Network) and Drives F: on are in ITS Server Area in Admin and accessible from your computer or any other computer via the Campus network

  27. This area is secure and usable by Faculty and Staff in that group only
