Links Feedback • For each article we view, I’d like to firstly have you identify the purpose and register before I go over my commentary. • My notes will include: inaccuracies as far as word selection, expressions, passive voice, ambiguity or abstractness and the like. • Lastly, during the commentary process, I will occasionally ask for us to take a moment to revise or edit, especially in terms of passive voice.

Odds & Ends • I’m still working on your “How to Write Clearly” exercises. • Please make sure your English name, class number (Translation 1, 2, 3, or interpreting), and student number are visible (and legible) on all your submitted assignments. • When contacting me via email or the website’s contact form, please follow the previous point as closely as possible. • Monitors: I still need some of your personal emails and phone numbers in order to be able to reach you just in case. • If you are a part-time student, please make sure you come see me to ensure you are on my class rosters.
